I called after and spoke to someone named Nate after i placed the order online to make sure that the person that I ordered was going to be the person that came. I specified that if they tried to send someone to my house that was NOT the person advertised on their connecticut website that I would NOT pay for the service. He said "Sin Diesel" happens to live right in your area... The day of the party I called to make sure that he was the one who was coming.
My sister got on the phone to make sure too. He said Oh dont worry thats whos on the website... Well needless to say HE DIDNT SHOW... Someone who looked nothing like him showed up. I had 15 girls at my house waiting for this person to show up. I called Nate and he said Oh really Ian (our CONNECTICUT SIN DIESEL) was the one who should have been there .. I said the person on your connecticut website was not HERE... he said Oh our website has been down they must have put the wrong pictures on the site.
I will have to correct that... I was fighting back and forth with him through email the next day and 4 consecutive days after that - all he could say was Sorry for the mixup - i will have the franchise owners correct it..(AS OF TODAY SIN DIESEL IS STILL ADVERTISED ON THE CONNECTICUT AREA WEBSITE).. I told him that I have alerted my credit card company and that I am not paying - The company waited 2 months and then tried to put a 175.00 charge through. Even if i was going to pay THE COST ON THE WEBSITE WAS 135.00? - They are a shady business and I would like to file a formal complaint. It is ridiculous that a company can advertise one thing then send something else. I have all the emails to back this up.
