Hi, I am a customer of HSBC India - I have a complaint but since HSBC India is not doing much about it. I got a HSBC gold credit card in April - since then I have not received any statements regarding my payments. It has been two months and bad debts are accruing against my account.
HSBC India wants me to pay up without a statement, which I absolutely refuse to do - I also refuse pay any late fees. They say that they have been sending me statements but somehow the statements are not reaching my home. This is ridiculous because I receive credit card statements from other banks always on time. I have 2 other cards of two other different banks. I lacked a VISA - which I gained from HSBC India. But now after this unpleasant experience I am forced to call a fourth bank for a VISA credit card.
More twist to the mess - I suspect that HSBC India has blocked the credit card. Now why should I suffer for the mistakes of your counterpart in India? Why should HSBC deal a siuation in this way when other banks have better solutions in hand? Why should I at all continue with HSBC when better banks are available? Please help me.

The only difference is that i have been making my payments and hence, i think i have received my statement. But i receive the statements only AFTER i make the payment due to them.
