I ordered a watch repair tool (Case Press) on 5/4/05, received confirmation on 5/10/05 & have not received it yet. I called Customer Service on 6/7/05 & was told that it was on back order & would ship on 7/1/05. They said that they usually send a card via mail, but that they show that no card was sent to me.

 

They also said that no notification is made via email nor does the "order status" show anything but the order processing date. Customer Service also said that the only way to get a status is to call them.
