June 7, 2005 - Consumer Message:

business is located at 17150 S. Margay Avenue in Carson California. On April 16, 2005 I phoned an order for a grill to fit my 1993 Town Car. I asked the sales person if the replacement grill was made of the same materials as the original, and he assured me that it was.

When the new grill arrived it not only was made of plastic, ( the original is metal with a plastic insert ) but was also broken and unusable. When I contacted customer service I spoke with a man named Hector who offered to replace the broken grill.

I advised Hector of my conversation with the sales person and told him that I wanted a refund. Hector told me to take pictures of the broken part and email them to him, which I did, and he would expedite the refund. Since then I have heard nothing from parts train and my email inquiries go unanswered. to this point I have a broken grill and no refund of the $101.68 charged to my debit card.
