A couple months ago i bought a laptop at staples, Brand Toshiba. At the time i spent the extra few bucks for Toshiba because i was aware of their good laptop reputation. Boy was I wrong about that. 4 months later, my screen shut off and i was not able to get it on again. Sent it in for repairs. 3

weeks later, they send it back, with a replaced motherboard and wifi card.

However, immediately i noticed that the processor was running at less than 1 third the speed it should and there was no way to fix it. Sent it in again, apparently they didnt completely fix the laptop properly and as a result i had to take time out of my busy school work schedule to go bring the thing in for repairs. They updated the bios which fixed the problem. a month later, i get audio problems, i bring it in and they repair a faulty connection.

now 1 month later a problem which i noticed right after they replaced my mother board gets worse (the ac adaptor connection to the laptop seems to be loose and i cant get power to my laptop). Of course being a busy school student, i didnt have time to bring it in for repairs yet again.

now half a month later, the dvd drive starts acting weird. needless to say, the laptop seems to continually come up with new problems. Called Toshiba customer relations to complain about the time and grief spent on my shoddy Toshiba laptop in hopes of getting a replacement. Response was that it was probably my fault the laptop is broken and that i should just keep sending it in for repairs till the end of time because toshiba will never send out a replacement unless they cant fix it. Furthermore they
