I'm in the dark as to why Bob A. from MO. is complaining about his Aussie Grill. I too purchased an Aussie Grill, Bonza 3, from Walmart 4 years ago. As did Mr. A's my cast iron burners collected rust over the years. My maintenance manual told me this would happen and that they need cleaning with a wire brush occasionally. These burners also carry a 5 year warranty, so I called the 1-800 number with the Model and serial number that I used when I registered my purchase.

Without any questions, they shipped me three new burners at no cost. They also told me that if the igniters failed to work with the new burners they would also replace them. Mr. A. stated that he only had his for three years so why didn't he take advantage of the 5 year warranty on all parts?

I find the company very honest and willing to stand by their promises. Blynn C.
