Years back I paid a car totally off and recieved the title free and clear. Now this company is calling me telling me that I owe over $4,000 to them for a debt that was not settled. To me this is FRAUD. I have been hung up many times when trying to talk with them. They tell me that they do not research their claims and do not plan to research it either.

I have contacted the BBB in regard to their fraudulant charges against me and feel action needs to be taken.

How can an innocent person protect themselves when companies break federal laws NO CALL List laws and void the continual harrassment? These companies should research their allegations before illegally placing pain in suffering on a person that does not deserve it.
