I had a shipping error that turned into a menage a trois to the nth. This due to inability, inefficiency, and unwillingness. It makes me fully understand the phrase: "GOING POSTAL". When I finally received the shipment it was not what I wanted to begin with. I've spent at least 10k over the years with this outfit and it has gone straight to haites.
Be very aware when doing business with this outfit.. Do NOT expect customer service. Do NOT expect reasonable return of funds from product returns. Most of all do NOT expect anyone affiliated with Tiger to be able to deal with anything out of the norm
What you should expect is when they tell you what they can NOT, or will NOT, while always expecting you to swallow their tale of woe. Should something go wrong with a purchase or shipment. You are for the most part, on your own. They apparently think it is funny, intentionally holding up my money f rom returned merchandise.
Return received by Tiger Direct: 06/01/05, to be refunded 06/13. Two weeks is ridiculous, since this stupidity began on 05/18/2005. Update will be forthcoming. Further info provided on request.
