Hi!

I bought a Kenmore Evenheat dryer (model 110.63932102) about 18 months back. The dryer will not run unless the start button is held down. There is a whole bunch of consumers on the internet stating the exact same problem about this product . A lot of us have contacted Sears and have been pointed

towards getting an extended warranty($170 per year) or a service diagnosis charge plus parts. I had an independent repair person diagnose it for $45.00 and was given an estimate of $220 to replace the faulty circuit board. Some of the other folks who have had it for a longer time point out that this product requires the faulty circuit board to be replaced every 2 years approximately. This is clearly a product fault and Sears should stand by it;s product that it sells or be prepared to lose valuable customers. Thanx Puran
