Sprint PCS Premium Pack use to include unlimited Internet, pictures, and text messaging

I have had Sprint since the summer of 2000. I have had a new cell phone at least twice a year. Last year I sometime I added Sprint PCS Premium Pack, which gave me unlimited Internet, unlimited pictures, and unlimited text messages (I also have old bill to prove it). This is where it gets interesting. On May 16, I went to send a picture to a friend and got a network error message telling me that I had to add $5 picture mail to my account. Naturally I am upset at this point because Picture Mail is suppose included in my plan.

So I call Sprint and the customer service representative tells me that Picture Mail is not part of the Sprint PCS Premium Pack (Maybe not now but it was). I tell him that I have been sending pictures for the past year and that I already have a Picture Mail account. However, after arguing with the rep for a few minutes I reluctantly switched to the Sprint PCS Vision Multimedia Pack. The only reason why I switched was because the rep told me that I would still receive my unlimited text messages and that he would not my account of the situation. So I get last months bill and see that Sprint is trying to charge me for every minute over 100-text messages. So I immediately call Sprint and try to get to the bottom of it. Of course when I call them they act like they have no idea of what I am talking about. I talked to 2 customer service representatives and 1 floor supervisor without any resolution to my problem.
