I accidentally paid for a pair of shoes($12.00) with the wrong card. My account was overdrawn, so the seller gave me a refund and I paid with another card. In spite of this, paypal keeps resubmitting the electronic bank transfer every 2-3 days, charging me a bank service fee of $25.00 each time. According to them, the Federal Reserve prohibits them from cancelling the transaction. If this is the case, they should make account holders more aware of this when they use Paypal.

This is not my only complaint, It is extremely difficult to get through to a live person, and their customer service is marginal to say the least. I intend to close my account right away. Buyer beware!!!!! Don't use them!!!!!
