I ordered my Wedding flowers from this store and at first, while e-mailing many questions and concerns they were very good. BUT.....then after 4 weeks and starting to worry where they were and seeing the cheque was cashed. I received them. BUT.....the colors were not as they were suppost to be, so I e-mailed them back and was advised to send them back (at my expense) to be fixed. While 2 weeks later I did just that and then 3 weeks go by and NOTHING.....15 UN-ANSWERED E-MAILS LATER............10 UN-ANSWERED MESSAGES LEFT ON THEIR 1-800 line and NOTHING. I have NO flowers fixed and returned and I have NO ANSWERS to why? Now it's been 2 MONTHS since they were sent back and I did send tracked mail and Canada Post did say they had them at the N.W Calgary address BUT........last night (June 6,2005) while on their site again, I see their address has charged? WHY - Something is fishy about this business. SO PLEASE - PLEASE READ THIS: BRIDE'S TO BE AND DON'T............. BUY YOUR WEDDING FLOWERS FROM BUDGET-BRIDE.COM
