I read a complaint regarding Seamans on your website. My experience with them was just as horrible. 6 months with a broken chair. No response from thier corporate office. I actually hired an attorney to write them a letter. They never responded. I have filed a complaint with NJ consumer affairs. They are the WORST customer service. Its been six months and I STILL have a broken chair in my house. You might as well wallpaper your bathroom with thier warrenty.

It took a month for them to send a tech out to see the broken chair. After 5 months I get a call stating that the tech failed to get the right part number and "would I please open the chair and get the part" for them. Other wise it would take another month for them to send another tech.....7 months.....
