My complaint is against Dreams Come True AND The Better Business Bureau of NY. I placed an order with Dreams Come True over a year ago. They cashed my check, took my money and never sent my order, Also after numerous attempt to reach them they have never responded. I notified the BBB and they have done nothing. All they say is "We'll check into it" and nothing is happening.

I am on a fixed income and the items I ordered were meant to be gifts. I wound up with no gifts because I couldn't afford to order from someone else.

I pray no one else gets suckered in by these people.
