This company does what ever it can to extort money from its consumers. Prior to traveling to NYC, I called to ask if I would be charged roaming charges. They told me that they would but I could change my plan to a national plan and then I wouldn’t be charged. After being on the phone with the CSR for some minutes, I was informed that the CSR could not change my plan, and then proceeded to inform me that I should be covered under my plan up in NYC.

After returning from NYC, I was charged an excess of $200 on roaming charges alone. They will not work to resolve the problem stating that “I am responsible for the charges due and not them”. This is an outrage and I will not pay this amount. I have reported this to several agencies including the BBB and FCC.
