Thats alot of money for something I didnt order, or even know I had. Why would I order this email when I have 5 email accts through comcast, I only use one of those. MSN, Yahoo, offer FREE email. This is a SCAM/ this is FRAUD. I called and they canceled my acct, but WILL NOT take the $33.34 off my phone bill. It cant be a legit company, I cant even find them on the net. My last call was to ask them how to use the email acct. they say I have, and they hung up on me!

I too got a charge of 19.95 on my bill that I didn't give consent to. Having problems getting it removed, it's crazy how a company can put something on your bill and refuse to take it off! It's not even a good voice mail service you have to give out a new 2nd phone number for people to leave a message.

Received my phone bill today with a suprise 19.95 charge from this company I have never heard of. Tried to call them on the phone number provided but was put on hold forever with noone ever answering. This is truly a SCAM. Hopefully I will get this off my bill somehow. This should not be legal for any company to do.
