We signed a contract to have a pool built in February of 2005. The sales person promised that our pool would be completed by the first of May. It is now June 6th and the end is no where in sight. Calls to the construction department go unanswered. We've filed a complaint with the BBB as well. People in the office seemed taken aback when we've shown up.

They can never give you any answers, never. I will NEVER recommend this pool company to any person ever. This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever experience with the construction industry. Their sales department gives a good pitch but the customer service in the construction department stinks big time. Don't every, I mean ever get your pool done by them!
