LAWSUIT FILED AGAINST BBQISLANDS / RONALD NELSON

BBQislandsandmore.com and its Owner Ronald W. Nelson have been sued for Fraud, Brach of Contract and Unfair Business Practices by Paulo Naccarati for taking $ 6,000.00 June 14th of Last year (2004) to build a BBQ island and not even starting. BBQislandsandmore.com, Inc. made several promises that were untrue, lying about the project and even saying that the project was the BEST ever built. It was never the intent, accordingly to the Lawsuit , to even start the job or to finish it. Before the Lawsuit was filed BBQ was given yet another chance to refund money paid to them but it refused.

Using caution before hiring and depositing money into anyone's hand is the best insurance against scams like this. Check w/ local resorces befeore hiring them.
