To whom it may concern:

Please beaware of this moving company. This company quoted me a price of 3.00 per cubic feet & then 10 days before my move they emailed me (did not even bother to call) that the price was going up to 4.00 per cubic feet. This changed the overall bid by over 1400.00. This also was the busiest time of the year & I am currently struggling to find a moving company on short notice. Initially Denise the moving consultant quoted me a price much lower than other moving companies to interest me, slowly the price went up with each phone call.

When I told Denise the amount I was interested in reaching she suddenly began to waive various fees to get me to the price I wanted. I had about 6 different conversations with the company & was reassured that they would honor the price as long as my list of items did not change. When I asked for specific dimensions of small,medium, & large boxes she declined to given them to me, until I told her I would go to a different company if the information was not revealed because I did not want any suprises.

She finally gave me the dimensions which were small in comparison to other companies & then one day later the email came that they were changing the price of the cubic feet, ( I guess they finally figured out when I measured the boxes I would be onto their scam). Please do not make the same near mistake I did & trust this company. This is not the only complaint you will find on this company.
