Dear Consumer: I urge you not to buy a Hyundai Motor Product with a standard transmission. I recently bought a used 2002 Hyundai Elantra. This auto comes with a standard 60,000 mile drive train warranty for the second owner. Be advised that the clutch is not covered. If you purchase an automatic transmission the torque converter would be covered for repair or replacement.
They both do the same job in the transmission. The only difference is that one requires human help and the other does not. This repair cost me about $600. out of my own pocket. Let the buyer beware.
