I had a horrible experience with C.L. Barnes furniture. I paid cash for a bedroom set. They kept moving up my delivery date due to problems with their contractor. I finally had a delivery date with a time between 8-noon. The delivery folks showed up at 9pm!! I was floored. I called C.L. Barnes several times throughout the day and they lied to me saying it should be there within the next hour- I heard that all day! My bureau had a ding in it and a tech was supposed to come out and fix it. It has been 9 months and no tech!! I call customer service but no one answers. There is a voicemail but no one calls me back! I will never ever buy furniture from these folks!! Beware!
