Complaint--Waiting for Solving problems-URGENT

Dear Sir, This is just for ur information ,I have ur 29'' T.V ,which is just three year old ( approx.) .After purchase of one year threre is problems came time to time.

I have almost all major electronics goods of ur Company SANSUI,TWO T.V, C.D PLAYER, MUSIC SYSTEM, ETC. Sir iam using ur electronics goods from last 10 years ,but this problem is first time in my life ur T.V is creating problem for us. Kindly send us good/perfect Tecnical engeeners for solvation of my problem.

PROBLEM-----------------------------------AFTER STARTING T.V AUTOMATICALLY T.V IS CLOSED & OPEN WITH IN FIVE MINUTE
