Add to the email.
Its so very unfortunate that people like you get a platform to voice everything and anything they want.
You take no responsibility. Even your email address "psychodogmommy" describes the events that came out of this.
Shame on you.

As a manufacturer we rarely ever speak directly to the end customer. In your case we made an exception due to the volume of correspondence we were receiving directly from you.
Why you would pay for residential delivery and then agree to meet in a commercial parking lot that is hours away is suspect.
Not to mention actually driving the distance, meeting in the parking lot, and then leaving empty handed leaves a lot of questions answered about your ability to process information.

Can I amend the complaint to include that one of the posts on the bed, which finally got delivered, is already falling off?
June 29, 2005 - Consumer Message:
Ordered a bed from them - and expensive bed - through a company called Layla Grace. I have a copy of the invoice that says the bed was paid for and shipped on 15 February. It was not. The week of June 1, I asked LaylaGrace to inquire where my bed was. According to Jon at Bradshaw, he shipped it June 1. Still no bed. Two weeks later, I called him myself. He claimed he was shipping it that Friday. Still no bed. Two weeks ago, he told the owner of LaylaGrace that he was shipping it the next day. No shipment went out. A week ago Thursday, he told me - he swore - that the bed was shipping the next day. It was not. He told LaylaGrace it shipped the following week. It did not.
I called him again and he said it went out "a couple of days ago". He gave me the tracking number and a thinly disguised name of the company, which I found anyway. The bed had just been picked up 41 minutes AFTER I spoke with him. The bed was in the warehouse when he was swearing it had left. It finally made it's way to a trucking company in Savannah, GA, who tried to contact Bradshaw Kirchofer to get my phone number for directions and delivery appt. Jon did not return their phone calls.
Again, with my own detective work, I found them, called them, and discovered that they really did not want to come into a residential area with an 18 wheeler, so my husband agreed to meet them at Walmart Receiving dock and put the bed in his pickup. He went to Walmart and the driver refused to give him the truck, stating that we owed over $300 shipping on the bed. He refused to pay it, knowing the shipping had already been paid by us. I called LaylaGrace and was told it was no longer their problem after it shipped even though they are the ones I paid shipping to. Bradshaw will not take anyone's calls pertaining to this bed because he has lied over and over and over. The paperwork was found in the origination point of Las Angeles where I do not owe any money, but only after I started the ball rolling and got it straight. No effort was made on anyone else's part to fix this.
