Sir,

My name is Shree, i am working in the A.P.Secretariat. I am having Airtel pre-paid card No: 98494-35sss. My problem is when somebody is receive my call they listen a song it looks very embrassing. Please remove the song on my mobile.

Number of times i was complained to your Airtel office as well as send message through SMS but no use. I feel very bad that no body responding about my complaint.

I hope this time u will listen my words and remove the song at the earliest.
