I sent this exact same letter to Lowes and I figured it should go here as well, thanks

First, I would like to say that I am a caring mother and this is my first complaint filed - EVER. I often leave positive comments when due and I realise that we all work for a living and complaining makes it tough on everyone, that makes this complaint both difficute to write and hard to accept. I recently bought a toliet from Lowes and against my Husbands better wishes I paid the $150+ dollars to have it installed. After giving my phone number and address, making sure the salesman had BOTH correct, he assured me that an installer would call back the next day to set up a time to install the toliet. After three days of waiting, I called back Lowes and asked when I would receive the phone call and they told me that the installer was on lunch and he would call me back later, I gave my phone number again to make sure they had it right. No callback so I called again the next day. Once again the installer wasn't availible so I left my number and was told they would call me back, again. Then yesterday, my husband called Lowes to ask about the installation, (While gloating "I TOLD YOU SO" I might add) and this time, he asked straight for the manager. The manager cut him off and put him on hold without him finishing. After a brief wait time, he returned to the phone and said that, and I quote, "WE GAVE HIM THE WRONG NUMBER!!" I know that I didn't because of the several times that we called I ALWAYS LEFT the right number plus on the installation paperwork, THE NUMBER WAS CORRECT! After more talking, my husband discussed another phone call from Lowes to install the toliet. Realising that this happened to me a few times already, I immediately grabbed him and the kids and went to Lowes to speak to the manager IN PERSON and possibly a refund. Lowes Customer Service Assistant was a joke, she, after several minutes of hunting and pecking the keyboard, couldn't find our install invoice. My Husband, rolling his eyes and snickering, demanded the Manager. After a ten minute wait the installer and manager showed up. The installer proceeded to tell us that the number was written wrong and that they tried to call several times. Then he proceeded to call me stupid in a way to ask me if I wrote my own number correctly. (THIS WAS ALL IN FRONT OF THE MANAGER, I might add) I may not have a PHD but I think I can handle remembering seven digits plus an area code and write them down. But to humor him, I looked on the invoice and it was correct. My husband was completely annoyed and I started getting really mad, not typically like me, so I demanded a refund. After all that I stated above, the worst complaint that I have is that the manager DID NOTHING WHATSOEVER to help solve the problem. He could have said something like "Why don't you go right now and install the toliet?" or "Can I offer you a discount for your troubles?" even a, "I'm sorry" would have been nice. We didn't even get a "Hi" Nothing personal, but if I wanted to just have someone just stare at me and do nothing, I would have asked my husband to mow the yard. In conclusion, I asked for a refund and besides one petty "I'm sorry" from the installer, this has been a completely negative experience for me. I highly doubt that I will return to Lowes for anything. Please help me at least and tell me who else does windows, I need to change my bottom floor of my house? Sincerely Dissatisfied,
