After Hifi Sound Connection initially sold me a defective amplifier, they have failed to repair or replace it in a timely manner. I purchased the amplifier a month and a half ago and still have not received a working product. Every time I email the company for a status on my return, the only response I get is that "they are working on it" or simply "sorry". The HifiSoundConnection's website states that all emails will be answered in less than 2 hours. I have had to send three emails at times (one a day) just to get a response of "sorry". They will not provide a reason as to what the delay is or an accurate time line for me to expect my amp back. I was told that returns would take 2 weeks (this was about a month ago). This company's customer service is appalling at best. It is impossible to contact a live representative at any level directly; as the company hides behind email and a P.O. box address. The phone number provided goes directly to a message system that states your call will be answered by an email.

hifisoundconnection is the worst place you cuold ever think about buying anything from if you do not believe me just try to get ahold of anyone there anytime they bill your acount before they ship you anything and when you get something from them and its the wrong thing you find theres no customer service and no one will answer your emails. i ordered two audio enhancers sub boxes they sent me two pieces of crap . i called audio enhancers they never recieved my order. the best thing i know to do is call all of there companies they sell for and complane and also complane on every website that will let you

I too am experiencing the lack of customer service at highfisoundconnection if you expect any customer service at all you will get none here.


I purchased a 159.08 subwoofer and about a week later was told that this item was on back order and I had 2 options take an in store credit or wait for the item. i have purchased the item at xtecnologies.com they sent me tracking the sae day now hifisoundconnection will not refund my money after asking 7 ties for a refund. I have had to file this as a dispute with my credit card company to attempt to get a refund.
