Bray and Scarff Washington DC Metro Area On Jan. 31, 2005, Bray and Scarff service tech came out to our house to look at our Viking 30 grill. We were told that parts would have to be ordered. Over the next several months, I made calls to Bray and Scarffs service department to find out if the parts were in. It took until May for Bray and Scarff to admit the parts were never ordered. In June the technician showed up at my home with parts for the grill. At that time we were told that he needed to order more parts. It is now June 29th, I talked to Bray and Scarff Service Dept again this morning. Still no parts. I will never buy appliances from Bray and Scarff again.
