PC Richards has horrible custumer services, especially when you open a credit card with them. First of all, they do not send you any bills so you do not know when payment is due...if you miss a payment they will charge you late fees. When you first contact them they will tell you that your address was not correct; thus, you go ahead and provide them with the correct one. However, you never receive a bill and you decide to call again and they will tell you the address you had was incorrect. In fact, you may call them a hundred times and a hundred times they will have the same response about the incorrect address either yours or theirs . Meanwhile, you are missing payments, interests increases in your account and you have to pay for late fees. Moreover, each late payment appears as a negative factor in your credit report.

I truly believe that this is a tactic for them to make revenues on interests and late fees. This happened to my mother, my aunt and a couple of friends. Coincidence? I do not think so.

Please, do not utilize their services, even if you are paying cash or with your own credit card. They truly do not deserve to make any profits. Furthermore, do not even think about opening a credit card with them.

The same thing happened to me. The card company that PC Richards uses is GE Money bank. I never got a statement; but i did get a phone call trying to collect of the past due amount that i never knew i had. I could not get the phone number from PC Richards store or online to even get my card number to check my statement online. When I finally did get someone is customer service who spoke VERY broken english they wanted to charge me $15 to make a payment over the phone becasue my next payment was due the next day. I paid off the card and i will never ever shop there again.
