I had received a phone call on June 28, 2005 at 8pm from this organization in reference to what they said was an outstanding debt of $137 from 10 years ago. I had not received anything in the mail in reference to this prior to the phone call. The woman, Martha Sandler, explained that she wanted me to give her my checking account # and credit card info over the phone. I refused and explained that I had just watched a 30 minute show on identity theft and that I would need to see something in writing to verify what the debt was, who they were, etc.

When I refused to divulge such info the woman put me on hold and another man came to the phone and immediately started screaming at me at the top of his lungs. I, again, explained that I wouldn't give my info over the phone and he said he would consider that a refusal to pay. Refusal to pay what? I ask. I have no supporting documentation about this and I am just mortified that any business (even debt collections) would operate like this. I plan on filing a complaint with the attorney general of Pennsylvania and will send for my credit report to check this out. Life is difficult enough without this type of business practice being allowed to occur. I'm furious and I'm sure others who have had complaints against them are also. Helloooooo with all the available information via the internet any third party collector(not the original party claiming you owe them) FIRE THEM FROM COLLECTING THAT DEBT!!!!!!.Just send a cease and desist letter(certified).They go bye bye....now you could get another agency to try...but blaaamo cease and desist again...

Its a legal collections agency .

its always a good idea to pay ur bills on time rather than cry in future .

so jst chill and pay on time.

if u cant , dont use a credit card.
