ExpressAutoParts.com Please be advised that www.ExpressAutoParts.com is under new management with new owners. All known customers with unresolved issues have been contacted via e-mail by me, and were encouraged to respond so I can resolve their issues. A new site is being beta-tested right now, and should be made available to all by November 1, 2006. The new site will offer free shipping on most orders above $50.00, with CLEAR indication of what qualifies for free shipping and what does not. In addition, all parts are Guaranteed to be of the highest quality, Guaranteed to fit the car they were specified for, and Guaranteed to ship on time. There is improved Customer Service, and the ability to check on your current order and all past orders. We've always had great parts selection and great prices, and if possible, even this has gotten better. Finally, we added to the site the ability to create your own "My Garage", where info on your cars will be stored to make future purchasing even easier and faster. June 29, 2005 - Consumer Message:

 

I ordered Toyota parts that were never shipped. I received the confirmation that my order was cancelled but have never received a refund - it's been almost 90 days. This was the second order I placed. The first order was never shipped either. I concur with other opinions that ExpressAutoParts is nothing but a bunch of crooks exploiting the Internet and stealing from consumers. Dale
