MOTEL 6 IN EL MONTE AND CITY OF INDUSTRY {LETTY aka MANAGER}

I stood at the motel 6 in el monte. and the manager at the time name LETTY. treated me and my 2 children like shit. I complained of drunken men on the stairs making perverted comments as I passed them by on my way to the vending machines. She told me they were family members of hers and not to pay them any attention. So the following day I made a complaint to" MOTEL 6 CUSTERMER SURVICE" and they said it would go to area manager "MARIA SANCHEZ" so the following day I checked out. About a month later I went to check in for the night and I wasn't allowed to because I was on a "NO RENT LIST" sighed by "MARIA SANCHEZ" who I've never even spoke to.

So I asked to speak to the manager and the same manager "LETTY" came out and told me that "MARIA SANCHEZ WAS A VERY GOOD FRIEND OF HER'S AND I COULD DO WHAT THE HELL! I WANTED TO CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE OR WHAT EVER BUT THERES WAS NOTHING I COULD DO AT ALL!!!! my 2 children and I were extreamly tired from driving all day and night from Las Vegas and were anxious to get to a bed, so we went to the Motel 6 in the CITY OF INDUSTRY and the following morning when I went to pay for a few more days cause we were on vacation I seen the same lady from the motel 6 in EL MONTE "LETTY" in the office so I continued to wait in line to pay and when it my turn I was told I had to check out. I asked for a specific reason was the room I was in booked? they said "NO" and that they didn't have to give me a reason. so I made another complaint they told me managers can not act in retelation. I now live here in California and I've passed by the MOTEL 6 in el monte and I've seen the same lady 'LETTY' sincerely, a very disappointed and fustrated customer
