I recently got a new job. While I was between paychecks the bank fees were piling up and my bills were late. In a moment of true desperation I applied for a Prime Mutual Cash Card. I did this on June 15, 2005, and recieved an e-mail notification that I had been approved and will be recieving my card shortly. Well, before I knew it this company withdrew $150.00 from my checking account and as of today, June 29, 2005, I still have NOT recieved a card from this company.
I tried to call the company with the 1-800 number that I got from the internet, however in order to use this you have to have a card number and since I still have not recieved my card I don't have a card number. You can't talk to a human being at all.
I have also e-mailed this company several times and have not received a response from them. BEWARE of Prime Mutual. They will take your money and you will get absolutely nothing in return. In addition to this complaint, I am also taking legal action, as this company has shown false advertising and fraud under statute.
