I recently negotiated a car price on the telephone (I have done this several times before) with Sandy Springs Toyota, 6475 Roswell Road - Atlanta, GA 30328
404-256-3392 - Dealership. After several conversations and extensive discussions concerning the options and the pricing, I agree to a final, drive out price.
When I arrived at the dealership and having to wait for my salesman, Bertrell Winston, I was told he made a mistake and he could not honor the price quoted. Needless to say, I was furious.
I consider this tactic to be total unethical. The public needs to be made aware of practices of this nature.
