Over a month ago I purchased some equine horse nutritional supplemnet from Horse Way or horseway.com. They immediately charges my credit card but have yet to receive it. 15 days ago, I received an email stating that my order was in the shipping department and I could expect it within 3 to 5 days.

I still haven't seen it! I have called and emailed many , many times and can't get an answer on the phone and they will not reply to my emails! It's a measly $20.00 but I am upset!
