Don't even bother to have Square Trade remove the negative feedbacks you and the other party left each other, even though both parties mutually agreed to remove negative feedbacks. With my case, after the seller and I had agreed to remove our feedbacks from an Ebay transaction that was over 90 days old, we took the next step and paid Square Trade $30 bucks to have a mediator turn in our request to Ebay. Square Trade sent us an email stating that they will have Ebay remove the feedbacks, but it's been almost a month and our feedbacks are still on Ebay. Square Trade has only replied to our follow up email, but never again after that. We've tried contacting EBAY, but we never got a reply. SO BEWARE, DON'T GET SCAMMED BY THESE TURKEYS.
