Hello, I've got a complaint about puremeds.com, the sellers of "Pure GH-Releaser". They advertise a free sample all you have to do is pay for shipping. Then a month later they bill you $69.95. They tell you it is a reoccurring bill you signed up for when getting the sample. It's hidden in the fine print of the Terms and service agreement. The website states there is an exclusive 90-day no questions asked money back guarantee....no the case. The short email trail is below. This company is a freaking crooked. I cancelled my subscription last May and still I have to deal up to now because they still charging my account. Customers service is freaking rediculous from other planet they put you on hold for almost an hour... Very tirrible. I am just hoping that everything should be fine and I should'nt be billed next month.
