DISH Network, additional receiver service

Home location: W4604 Taylor Rd. Rio, WI. 53960. We have an additional receiver which we have been paying $4.99 per month, but cannot receive any programs on the 2nd TV. We would like to be able to use the TV and expect to have our account credited for the month of June which we have paid for but without service. We plan to subtract the $4.99 for June and $4.99 for July for a total of $9.98 from our monthly bill.
