I really got the very bad experiences from Verizon Wireless company. Here is my story I have used Verizon Wireless Network for 2-3 months. It only works in some areas. When I moved to the new area, it stop working. I have called to complaint and asked them to solve the problem. They couldn't solve my problem and keep saying that we have the service in your area. But why it is not working, right? It charged me 175 dollars per month and not working and no one do anything or let me cancel it without cancellation fee.
Finally, I got to talk with Mark Phillip who work with Verizon Wireless company, he told me to send the air card that I bought for $200 to him at Verizon Wireless company and they will close the service and not charge me for the cancellation fee. I got the return receipt from Post Office told me that Mark Phillip received the air card and I thought he has closed my account as promise. Some how 3 months later, the account has been suspended but not closed and I was told that Mark Phillip didn't report that he received the air-card back so Verizon Wireless try to get the cancellation Fee from me again. Is that fair?
Be careful, the service from Verizon Wireless Network, it is not working well and when you try to cancel, the company doesn't let you go and try to take the advantage of the customer by calling the air-card back and not recording it. I will try to fight back as I can. We should not let the big company like this doing such a thing to a individual customer like us.

Then I received first bill ,I got over $2,500 surcharge stating that I used over 7GB. My aircard usage record shows I only used less than 2GB,and I never reset the usage that shows detailed record each session I used . I brought my laptop to the shop and talk to at least five customer service people on telephone, They just say that their record is correct, but they would give me credit for surcharge. Is this possible that my pc aircard record is totally wrong? I only used it for checking my email, web browsing, and occasionally for watching videos on youtube. I am not one of those people who plays games and on the web 24/7.
