5969 NCO FINANCIAL SYSTEMS HORSHAM, PA 042005

I had an accident in November 2003.My insurance company NJ cure took a long time to make the decision about the payment for hospital. However they decided to pay Medical group of Princeton. I had deductible amount of 200.80 $ due. That was given for collection to NCO financial. In the meanwhile I paid the money to Princeton Medical Group. CO financial people were very rude and they kept saying that they have no records for payment so I paid them again so that my credit does not get affected.

So now money is gone twice from my pocket in the amount of 200.80.Since then I have called NCO financial many times to refund my money back. Every time they say they will refund it but has not been refunded yet. I am tired of making the phone calls. Why do I have to suffer for my own money? I am greatly disappointed with them.
