Charter Communications complaint

I thought the post office had a stranglehold on its title as business with the worst customer service, but Charter Communications has taken it from them.

I live in metro Atlanta. Everyone I know has DVR. If they have a satellite or a different cable provider, they have it. Many have high definition, as well. I can't get either.

When I call Charter, they not only can't provide me with these things, but they refuse to estimate when they will be able to. Charter is the worst. What an incompetently-run joke that company is.
