To whom it may concern: In May we were looking into a credit card thru NEW CREDIT FINANCIAL ALTERNATIVE they were to take out $150.00 from the checking account on the 3rd of June then another $150.00 on the 22nd of June. We were told we could cancel throu the 31st of May. On the 30th of May we called and canceled they said it would be taken care of. We went to the bank on the 8th of June to take out money for rent to find out we were overdrawn by over $200.00. We called back the credit company after talking to 3 different people we were told to fax them the bank statement the next day we faxed it. We called them that night no one knew nothing. We refaxed the information 2 more time and them again still the run around. Went back to the bank on the 23rd of June they had taken out the other $150.00 and overdrew the account again. We called again and still no results. Please help! Alfred & Kathy
