Every time that I have purchased anything online that uses FedEx ground I have to call when there web site incorrectly states that the package was delivered. The first time they sent ME to the house they mistakenly delivered it to. The second time the driver had to come back, then another time a supervisor had to go and get the package.

This time they keep telling me there service is down for repair call back later. They are very lazy, incompetent and I will no longer use any service who uses FedEx.
