couches from mor store

Me and my wife bought some couches from mor in el cajon store and we had them for about 2 months when the seams kept ripping apart. we have guardian whom is the warranty cover, its teared about 4 or 5 times since then and guardian wont return our call, the mor store also saids its not their problem anymore.

I think the mor store needs a wake up call about customer service, i have alot of friends whom i will make sure i tell not to shop at that store due to bad customer service. I think the mor store needs to go and learn some skills on how to keep and satisfy customers.
