I purchased a new sprint phone in April with a 2 year contract I was to get a $150.00 rebate I received a $110.00 today I called and ask why $110.00 I was told it was because I had received a $20 discount from the store, I told them a discount isn't a rebate and ask what kind of math is $150 - 20 + 110 anyway, he couldn't answer that, to make a long story short after I ask for a supervisor and after a long debate she offered to send me the $40 within 30 days

But she defended the math of $150 - 20 = $110

as long as we have a FREE AND OPEN INTERNET we consumers still have some rights even if the Corporations dot think so
