Expo Design Center of Paramus, NJ What you see is Not what you Get. The flooring in the showrooms are not in any way the same as what is sold. And, even if you ask, they lie. We looked at Engineered flooring and when I asked, "Is that really how thick it is?" I was told, yes it is that thick. Well as it turns out, the flooring is really only less then a 1/4 inch thick and they mount it to a 1/'2 inch thick sub floor for the demo piece. So what you really have delivered to your door is a thin pieces of garbage and not the thick sample shown to you in their showroom. Mike Mahwah, NJ
