Viking Microwave. Imagine, remodeling your home, getting what you think is Top of the Line appliances only to have the Viking Microwave die in the first 3 minutes of operation. Now you would think that Viking would bend over backwards toy get a new working unit in your home ASAP. Instead, their customer non-service department in Mississippi or where ever it is, told me "It's not our problem. Call the Warrantee Service company in your area." The Nerve. How dare I expect the Viking Manufacturing Facility to Care that their product Shit the Bed in Three Minutes. It's been three weeks, the microwave is still dead, and no resolution in site. Never again will I buy a Viking. Mike Mahwah, NJ PS: If Viking should read this, the remodeling of my home has been a 2 year project that will end in a National Magazine Spread. Do you think I will mention kindly of Viking? I don't think so..
