In October 2005 I received an mail from Bellsouth stating if I opened a new account I would receive a

30.00 gift card. I received the paperwork required and sent it in. I confirmed online they received the

paperwork and was told in 4-6 weeks I would receive the card. I waited 7 weeks and wass told the card was shipped in Novemeber. I waited another 2 weeks and emailed again. I told them I did not receive the card.

They said they would research and I would have a new card in 2-3 weeks. Every 3 weeks I have emailed Bellsouth only to be told the same thing, it is now July and I have just been told that a Supervisor signed off on it and I should receive notification about the card in 2 weeks.

This is RIDICULOUS!!!!! Thank you,
