I used to be a customer of Crystal Springs water delivery company located at www.Crystal-Springs.com ( phone # 1800-444-7873). About 6 wks ago, I discontinued their service because delivery person did not show up for delivery couple times. I keep calling the company to pick up my empty bottles, but nobody showed up still, and the company holding my deposit money . The longer they do not pick up my bottles, the longer I can not get my deposit money back . Every time when I call a customer service, I get promises that the bottles will be picked up the next day, but it turns to be a lie every time. The company happens to ignore all my attempts to resolve the issure without involving a judge. I want all consumers to be careful and do not do business with that company due to lack of professionalism and terrible service provided by Crystal Springs.
