On 11/2004 purchased a 6 month subscription paid $65.70. The account expired this month and the way I found out was that Match had charged my credit card for an additional 6 months which I did not want. I called Match and they said that because I had not resigned my account it would automatically renew.

They also told me they send emails to you to let you know that your membership is expiring. I had never received an email. So basically they told me I had to pay for 6 more months for a service I hadn't used in over 2 months anyway and do not intend to use their services in the near future. I assumed that when my 6 months was up it would expire. So they are basically stealing my money and making unauthorized charges to my credit card. Is there anything I can do?
