I registered two domains with 1and1.com for a period of one-year each for a total cost of $11.98. I was then sent a "warning" letter that one must be a resident of the US/Canada to become a client of 1&1 Internet Inc. I had no problem with that policy, which I did not realise at the time I signed up for the service. However, since my business was been declined, I requested a refund of the money I paid. 1and1.com has refused to provide my refund.
